Jodi Richfield; Suzanne England
Still Photographers

JODI RICHFIELD was the principal still photographer on The Fall of Night.  Jodi works both out of Nashville and Los Angeles and does still photography in the areas of:  portraits, news, publicity, and gallery level work.

As cast members saw the quality of her work, they begged for their own copies of the photos.

Jodi's philosophy:  "Photographs express what my words sometimes cannot.  They allow for self-expression in its purest form.  If my photographs happen to provoke a response, great; if they bring awareness, even better; but the true goal is simply a connection...between the subject, the camera and myself."

Regarding The Fall of Night:  "This was my first feature film as a still photographer, I have worked photographing several music videos and it was a great experience to be on a film set... The extra bonus was the amazing cast and crew I was able to work with!  What attracted me to this film, was the underlying message of redemption and hope. What sustained me through out the filming, was the dedication and enthusiasm of the cast and crew."

SUZANNE ENGLAND was the one who captured the  spectacular night/dawn photo of Vasquez rocks on this website's home page.  But then getting great production stills is not something new to Suzanne who has been production photograher for over 25 feature films and numerous TV shows, commercials (McDonalds), and music videos (Marky Mark, Julian Lennon).

Suzanne's past clients have included films or TV either distributed or produced by:  Mirimax, Buena Vista, TriMark, PM Entertainment, The Family Channel, Republic Entertainment, New Horizon/Saban, and Blockbuster.  A few of the films include:  Helraiser IV: Bloodline, The Ascent/Prophesy IV (Christoper Walken), Chairman of the Board (Carrot Top), The Big Fall (C. Thomas Howell), and Dad, The Angel & Me (Judge Reinhold).

"Great moment on The Fall of Night: At Vasquez Rocks just before dawn, while crouched alone up on a rock getting ready to shoot the sunrise shot, a few big black birds flew right over my head; the sound of their wings swooshing through the still morning air was right out of Lord Of The Rings!"
